Memorial services for Billy Wayne Higgins, 64, Tyler, are scheduled for 2:00 Tuesday, March 6 at Grace Community Church in Flint. Visitation will be at 1:00 prior to services.
Billy passed away on March 2, 2018 in Tyler.
Billy Wayne Higgins was born March 20, 1953 in Tyler, TX to A. B. and Willie Mae Pointer Higgins. He worked in sales at Etheredge Electric Company and co-owner of Hinz 57 Antiques. He was preceded in death by his mother, Willie Mae Higgins.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Higgins of Tyler; step-son, Terry Wilcox and wife, Brandy of Cross Roads; father, A. B. Higgins of Chandler; brother, Danny Higgins and wife, Debbie of Arkansas; grandchildren, Hunter and Haylie Wilcox.
