Marjolyn,

My flute playing, twirling buddy! We made great memories in our band years together and were so blessed to have such a special group of friends.  You had such special music talent that I often wished you could just rub a little of it off on me! I remember so well the fun times and the slumber parties at your house.  We must have driven your dad and your big brother crazy but your mom was right in there with us! I treasure those special times and thank God for my special friends and the influences you and others have had on my life.  We will always miss you but we will always remember you and your sweet smile! Thanks for the memories!

When Marjolyn and I were in 9th grade we would come to school everyday and trade clothes in the bathroom then when school let out we would return to the bathroom and trade back into our own clothes.  I think of her everyday.

Marjolyn was my best friend in Jr. High, and High School I miss her everyday. Nobody could soap down town like we could.

Marjolyn and I grew up together.  Our parents (especially moms) were friends and we went to the same church and Sunday School class for as long as I could remember. She will always have a special place in my heart for encouraging me when it mattered most. I remember many afternoons practicing twirling in her driveway.

I noticed it did not say when she passed but it was in late July or very early August of 1982.  I was in the hospital having my daughter and so sad that I could not say goodbye to a special friend properly.
